As a user of SD Zone services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Use our services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not share, resell, or distribute our indicators or signals to third parties
• Not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from our indicators
• Conduct your own research and due diligence before making trading decisions
• Accept full responsibility for all trading activities conducted using our tools
• Report any unauthorized access to your account immediately

Subscription Plans

• All subscription fees are charged in Indian Rupees (INR)
• Subscriptions are non-refundable except within our 7-day money-back guarantee period
• Subscriptions automatically expire at the end of the paid period unless renewed
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers

Refund Policy

• 7-Day Guarantee: Full refund available within 7 days of purchase if not satisfied
• Refund requests must be submitted through our support system
• After 7 days, all sales are final and non-refundable
• Refunds typically process within 5-7 business days
• We reserve the right to deny refunds in cases of abuse or violation of terms

Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store your payment information. By making a purchase, you agree to Razorpay's terms and conditions.

All content, indicators, algorithms, logos, and materials provided by SD Zone are protected by intellectual property laws and remain our exclusive property.

License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our indicators solely for personal trading purposes during your active subscription period.

Restrictions

You may NOT:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works from our indicators
• Share your subscription access with others
• Use our services for commercial purposes without written permission
• Remove or alter any copyright notices or branding
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense our indicators

We expressly disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties regarding accuracy, reliability, or completeness of signals
• Warranties of uninterrupted or error-free service
• Any guarantees of profit or trading success

We make no representations that our indicators will meet your requirements or expectations, or that trading signals will be accurate, timely, or profitable.

This includes but is not limited to:

• Trading losses or missed trading opportunities
• Loss of profits, revenue, or business
• Data loss or corruption
• Service interruptions or technical failures
• Reliance on any signals, indicators, or information provided

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid for your subscription in the 12 months preceding the claim.

By You

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will be effective at the end of your current billing period.

By Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if you:

• Violate these Terms and Conditions
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
• Share or resell our indicators
• Abuse our services or support team
• Fail to pay subscription fees

Upon termination, your right to access and use our services immediately ceases, and we may delete your account data.
